- - 1 tsp of salt.
- - 6 large eggs.
- - 5 cups of all purpose flour.
- - 6 1/2 tbs of room temperature water.
- - A tiny pinch of yeast or baking powder (either is fine).
Homemade lasagna noodles are delicious and easy to make, one batch is enough for 6-8 servings in only 25 minutes. A fast, simple, and delicious recipe that no one can beat! Create a great meal that your whole family will love.
Directions are as follows:
Step one- Combine all of the above ingredients in a blender pulse gently until all ingredients are combined and form a dough.
Step two- Place the dough on a lightly floured surface (to prevent sticking)and flatten dough with a rolling pin or desired instrument.
Step three- Cut the dough into 1 and 1/2 strips or your desired size, either is fine. Roll left over dough and freeze or repeat steps number two and three for additional noodles.
Step four- Place noodles on a non stick pan and place in the oven at 350 degrees for 12 minutes or until lightly golden.
Step five- Remove noodles and make lasagna to your liking.
