• 1 teaspoon granulated sugar

Instructions:
Step 1 – Sift the salt ,sugar and flour together and the set it aside
Step 2 — Use an electric mixer to beat the milk and eggs together in a large bowl
Step 3 — Beat the flour mixture into the contents of the large bowl and add the melted butter
Step 4 — Place a lightly oiled frying pan or griddle over heat that is medium high.
Step 5 — Scoop or pour two tablespoons of batter into the pan or griddle to make each crepe.
Step 6 Rotate and tip the pan or griddle to get the batter to be as thin as possible.
Step 7 — Brown the two sides.
Step 8 – Serve hot
