- 2 cups of flour

Step 1- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Then lightly grease a loaf pan.
Step 2- In a bowl, put together the flour, salt, and baking soda. In another bowl, mix the butter and brown sugar together. Stir the eggs in and also the mashed bananas until they are blended. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture; stir to moisten. Pour the batter into the loaf pan.
Step 3- Bake in the preheated oven for 60 to 65 minutes and then poke it with a toothpick to see if it comes out clean. If it does, take it out of the oven. Let the bread cool for about 10 minutes and then take it out of the pan.
