Making Apple Cinnamon Crepes is something that you will likely need to practice in order to get the nice balance of sweet and four. However, practice will allow you to make this great dish with perfection every time.
step one – mix together the eggs,milk,flour and salt until batter is creamy.
step two – heat a medium frying pan and drop a tablespoon of butter into the pan.
step three – pour a cup of batter into the pan and spread it evenly.
step four – after two minutes, check the crepe to make sure it is cooking correctly
step five – cook the other side and transfer to a plate
step six – cut the apples into thin layers, place them in the pan and cook until golden brown
step seven – add a bit of sugar and let the apples sit for three seconds before placing on another plate
step eight – place cinnamon and sugar onto the surface of the crepe and add your favorite jelly or filling.
step nine- combine crepe and filling and roll
