Sesame Grilled Shishito Peppers

Ingredients

  • ½ lb. shishito peppers, washed and dried
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
  • 2 tablespoons crushed walnuts
  • ½ lemon juiced, plus wedge for garnish

  1. Heat skillet to high heat. 
  2. Toss peppers in a bowl with the Sesame Oil and set aside. 
  3. Blister the peppers in the skillet for 6 minutes, tossing often. 
  4. Place the peppers back into the bowl and add the crushed walnuts and lemon juice. Toss and serve immediately, with lemon slices (optional).
