Cheese Stuffed Chili Bacon Burger

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon Pepper
  • ½ block of cheddar, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup pre cooked beef chili, no beans, ½ cup per burger
  • 4 pieces of cooked bacon, 2 per burger
  • 2 brioche buns

  1. Place ground beef into a bowl along with the salt and pepper. Mix with your hands the set aside.
  2. Grab the cheese block and cut two small cubes.
  3. Take half the ground beef (½ lb) and begin to form into a ball and then press the cheese cube inside and then surround it with meat until a ball.
  4. Heat cast iron skillet to medium-high heat and then place down the burger and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until medium-medium well temperature.
  5. Place the cooked burger on the bun and top with chili and bacon.
  6. Cut and serve!
